This policy explains how refunds, returns, and the statutory right of withdrawal apply to purchases from Srozelongrthodei.world (LifePulse). It supplements our Terms of Service and does not replace mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days from the day you receive physical goods to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is satisfied if you send your communication before it expires. Exceptions apply where the law permits—particularly for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene protection when unsealed after delivery, provided you were informed clearly and acknowledged this before checkout.
3. How to notify withdrawal
Send a clear statement by email or use any model form we provide. Include your name, address, order reference, and the products concerned. We confirm receipt without undue delay on a durable medium.
4. Returning goods
Unless we supply a prepaid label, you return items to the address we specify. You are only liable for diminished value if handling exceeded what was necessary to establish nature and functioning. Use original outer packaging where reasonable.
5. Refund timing and method
We reimburse all payments received from you, including outbound delivery costs at the least expensive standard rate we offer, within fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice or proof of return, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise and there is no fee to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive goods back or evidence of shipment.
6. Defective or incorrect items
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us with photos and your order ID. We will repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund under your statutory conformity rights. Do not dispose of goods until we advise, except where safety requires.
7. Non-returnable or restricted cases
Opened food supplements where hygiene seals are broken may fall under withdrawal exceptions when the law allows. Personalised or made-to-order items may also be excluded if clearly stated before purchase. Gift cards or digital content may have separate rules disclosed at sale.
8. Business customers
If you purchase as a business (non-consumer), statutory withdrawal may not apply. Contractual return windows, if any, are stated in your order or framework agreement.
9. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a card chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Chargebacks without notice may delay legitimate refunds while banks investigate.
10. International orders
Import duties or taxes paid to customs are generally not refundable by us; check local rules. Return shipping from outside the Netherlands may take longer; keep proof of posting.
